As part of our continuing efforts to provide consumers with information about writing service agencies, we have prepared this BookWormLab.com review. The review is based upon a number of criteria that have been established for evaluating all writing services, and that include a full assessment of the site content, BookWormLab testimonials found on the company site, reviews and comments that have been posted elsewhere on the web (social media and consumer review sites), and the results of an order that we placed, in order to determine quality of product and service. Book Worm Lab offers the entire range of academic writing, high school through Ph.D. levels, and the full list of what is offered is listed on the sites home page. While the list does not include thesis or dissertation, we did discover through our ordering process that both of these products are also offered.

In addition to academic products, the company states that it also provides admissions and personal statement essays, business plans, grant writing, and web content. It also provides editing and proofreading services. These were listed at the very bottom of the home page in fine print, and we could not understand why that was.

Security and Confidence

Book Worm Lab has a published privacy policy on its site and offers a secure payment procedure. The payment we remitted was processed securely and there were no issues.

In terms of confidence, we have to note several issues:

1.     BookWormLab.com customer reviews from other places on the web indicated issues with product quality, and some customers voiced concerns that they were unable to contact customer support. We attempted to call the customer support office at 8:00 p.m. CST and received only a recorded message that the person at that extension was unavailable.

2.     In reviewing the site, we noted several glaring errors in English, such as “we provide helpful and liable support” and “you can relive on our services.” As well, we finally found a link to the samples in tiny print at the bottom of the home page. We read through a paper on Wells Fargo and, in checking through our software, found the same paper on a database of papers for sale.

3.     Customers did state that they received their products on time and that there were no hidden charges. The model allows customers to allow the company to select a writer or to select one from a list, including name and degrees held.

4.     We received our ordered paper on time and it adhered to our instructions. However, we share other customer concerns regarding quality, as there were a number of compositional errors.

5.     BookwormLab.com BBB rating does not exist because it is not a member, nor have there been any major complaints lodged.

In summation, we will state that Book Worm Lab is not a fraud.

Prices and Discounts

Book Worm Lab prices are not published in chart form; however, customers may place an inquiry for a pricing quote. The paper we ordered – 8 pages with 4 resources and a deadline of 7 days – was $216.00. This is on the high side when compared to other professional writing services.

There were not Bookwormlab.com discounts offered anywhere on the site, only a statement that loyal customers would be rewarded with discounts. Nor were there any BookWormLab promo code designations that could be used.

There is a Book Worm Lab coupon code on the order form – we assume this is for loyal customer discounts.

Other Perks and Benefits

We were unable to locate any offerings of free pages or plagiarism checks.

Final Thoughts

In determining Book Worm Lab pros & cons, we must state that we do have some concerns. In addition to those indicated above, some of the available writers for orders are not qualified by their degrees to produce the order and many of them add an additional percentage to the already high cost. Overall, we give a Book Worm Lab rating of “Fair.”
