Information is taken from the content of the website, feedback and comments provided by customers on social media sites as well as public forums like Sitejabber, GradeMiners testimonials located on the site itself, and our own experience with the products and services through ordering an undergraduate level research paper. Our findings are as follows:

Grade Miners provides a comprehensive product list of academic research and writing, including papers and essays at all levels of academic study, book reviews case studies, lab reports, assistance with coursework assignments, consultation on theses and dissertations, and most any other academic writing assignment that might be given to a student.

Other services offered include admissions and scholarship essay writing, editing, proofreading and re-writing, as well as presentations with PowerPoint slides.

Security and Confidence

Security is gauged by the measures that are taken to protect customer identity, along with securing all personal and financial information. We have found that adequate protections are in place. Relative to security of financial information, the site uses McAfee as well as an SSL-secured 3^rd party payment processor, so customers may feel comfortable using all major credit cards or PayPal.

Confidence is a more complicated factor, including quality of products that are delivered, the level of customer support, transparency of operation, customer satisfaction, adherence to customer instructions and delivery deadlines, and so forth. While we can clearly state that GradeMiners is not a fraud, there were some concerns:

1. The content on the website is clearly not written by native English-speaking individuals, and yet it indicates that it has all native English-speaking writers with maters and Ph.D.’s
2. Some GradeMiners.com customer reviews found elsewhere on the web did express concerns regarding quality of writing and resources for research works; others were satisfied.
3. The research paper that we ordered was delivered on the date it was due. However, we had several concerns about grammar and composition and sent it back for revision. We had to have two revisions before it was moderately satisfactory. It was difficult to speak with the customer support representative because her English was not clearly understandable.
4. We could not find a GradeMiners.com BBB membership.

Prices and Discounts

Grade Miners prices fall within the above-average range. Our 8-page research paper with a 7-day deadline was $159.60. This is a bit on the high side, given the quality.

GradeMiners.com discounts occur primarily for first-time customers, with a GradeMiners promo code for 15% off on a customer’s first order. Beyond that, there is a bonus plan of providing cash credit for each order and then the ability to utilize credit toward future orders. Details on this plan are not available on the site.

Customers who register with their email address are eligible to receive Grade Miners coupon codes for periodic special pricing.

Grade Miners states that the following are its additional free benefits:

Final Thoughts

We are not certain how long Grade Miners has been in business. Some of its issues may be because it is a new service and must evolve in its practices and quality. As we analyze Grade Miners Pros & Cons, we do note that there are concerns with product quality. For this reason, we are assigning a Grade Miners rating of “Fair.”
